SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jacob T. Antoszyk, 18, of Kittanning waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

Mike L. Buskey, 20, of Apollo, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed June 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Derek M. Kline, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert A. Kline, 20, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, trespass by vehicle and hit-and-run, filed Aug. 7 by state police.

Lex T. Ort, 35, of South Williamsport, Lycoming County, waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed July 30 by Saxonburg police.

Kevin S. Peiffer, 36, of Cabot waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 23 by state police.

Amanda R. Wadsworth, 33, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of aggravated assault and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 7 by Saxonburg police.

Baseler Jr., 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of hit-and run and improperly backing a vehicle, filed June 20 by township police.Lawrence P. Blakeley, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 27 by township police.Anthony F. Cirino, 43, of Falconer, N.Y., was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and depositing waste on the highway, filed Aug. 10 by township police.David M. Courson, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed July 22 by township police.Ruth Ann Finch, 43, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 11 by township police.Amanda Haskin, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 7 by state police.Miranda S. Heitzmann, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 5 by township police. Heitzmann in a separate case filed June 29 by township police was held for court on a charge of retail theft.Ricky P. Rice, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, not using turn signals and an open container violation, filed Aug. 8 by township police.Randy J. Schuller, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving injury, hit-and-run, reckless driving, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, lane violations, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, failing to give information and render aid, an open container violation, improperly abandoning a vehicle, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed May 23 by township police.Matthew W. Sheppeck, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 16 by township police. Sheppeck was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Zachary S. Williams, 18, of New Castle waived to court charges of carrying a gun without a permit and possessing a gun with an altered serial number, filed Sept. 4 by state police.
