SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Sandra A. Butterfield, 29, of East Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence, and driving with illegally tinted windows, filed Nov. 14 by state police.
Jeffrey E. Dengler, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 11 by Penn Township police. Dengler was ordered to pay $455 in fines and court costs.
Brittany R. Lander, 19, of Erie was held for court on a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 27 by state police.
Cinthia Lipscomb, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Sept. 24 by Saxonburg police.
Robert A. McCafferty, 40, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 24 by Penn Township.
Richard B. Menchyk, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and forgery, filed Nov. 13 by state police.
Todd D. Reid, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Sept. 24 by Saxonburg police.

Bittner, 47, of Uniontown, Fayette County, waived to court two counts of retail theft, filed Nov. 8.Jason C. Blystone, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 28.Daniel Caltrider, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 13. Caltrider was ordered to pay $395 in fines and court costs.Andrew C. Fink, 17, of Lake Milton, Ohio, was held for court on two counts of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, filed Nov. 6.Robert Matson, 53, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 11.Patricia A. Dipner, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 23.Christopher Gratzinger, 20, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary, filed Oct. 29.Robert McQuown, 48, of Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Oct. 25. McQuown was ordered to pay $195 in fines and court costs.Jane Marie Smith, 45, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Sept. 10.Rodney Unverzagt, 46, of Hilliards waived to court charges of stalking and harassment, filed Oct. 17.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael John Wagner, 55, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Edward M. Michalski, 53, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, failure to stop at a red signal and disregard of traffic lane.Scott D. Trowbridge, 49, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
