5:41 p.m. Sunday - David Perri, 44, of 229 W. Fulton St. was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 18-year-old daughter during a domestic dispute at his home. Perri is charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.3 p.m. Saturday - Cars driven by Paul Yeckel, 58, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, and Dorothea Epps, 43, of Butler collided at West Cunningham and South Washington streets. A passenger in Yeckel's car, Karen Yeckel, 53, no address given, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.Saturday - Police cited several suspects for writing bad checks at Friedman's Supermarket on West Brady Street. Those charged along with the amount of the bad checks include Amy Blakely, 29, of 410 S. Monroe St., Apt. 3, Butler, $52; Vicky Dunkle, 29, of 770 Seven Hills Road, Butler, $60; Christopher Edwards, of 102 Cherry Road, Chicora, $251.Also, Alisha Holt, 22, of Hilliards, $107; Susan Murrell, 32, of 214 W. Pearl St., Apt. 1, Butler, $154; Kevin Pistorius, 23, of Pittsburgh, $68; and Randy Stephenson, 42, of 318 N. Washington St., $200.

2:10 p.m. Sunday - Cars driven by Kevin Jones, 44, no address given, and Steven Olson, 25, no address given, collided at Route 422 and Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township. Olson, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries,2 p.m. Sunday - A car driven by Victoria Anderson, 18, of Saxonburg struck a utility pole along Frazier Road in Jefferson Township. Anderson, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.4:55 a.m. Sunday - Daniel Frampton, 45, of 237 Crystal Lane, Slippery Rock, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck struck an embankment and flipped onto its roof on Route 58 in Marion Township. Frampton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken with minor injuries to United Community Hospital in Grove City.2:30 a.m. Sunday - John Sobkiewicz, 47, was arrested for allegedly assaulting an unidentified 44-year-old woman following a domestic dispute at his Oak Leaf Drive home at the Saxony Estates in Adams Township. Sobkiewicz was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.1:40 a.m. Sunday - Tony Best, 21, of West Sunbury was arrested for driving under the influence after a trooper was forced to stop the suspect's speeding car on Route 8 near Route 173 in Brady Township.The trooper activated his emergency lights and siren after seeing Best's car cross the centerline on Route 8, travel back into his lane and off the right side of the road, and again cross the centerline.The car continued to swerve in and out of the northbound lane, forcing the trooper to travel into the southbound lane to alert approaching vehicles. The trooper drove along the side of Best's car and reported the suspect did not appear aware of the marked cruiser with its lights and siren on.The trooper drove in front of the car and forced Best to stop. An intoxilyzer test showed Best, who told police he did not have a driver's license, with a blood-alcohol level of .174 percent - more than double the limit considered intoxicated for motorists under state law.1:38 a.m. Sunday - Benjamin Slimick, 30, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 in Center Township.3:35 p.m. Saturday - A pickup truck driven by Donald Ryan, 28, of East Brady, Clarion County, struck the rear of a car, driven by Kimberly Kepple, 33, of Butler, on Route 68 in Oakland Township. The collision forced Kepple's vehicle into the rear of a car driven by Barbara Hood, 38, of Chicora.Kepple and two passengers in her car, Ashley Kepple, 6, and Zack Kepple, 9, both of Butler, were taken with minor injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital. Hood also suffered minor injuries. All those injured were wearing seat belts. Ryan was cited for following too closely to another vehicle.8:39 a.m. Saturday - A car driven by Leigh Charlier, 23, of Canonsburg, Washington County, struck a center traffic island and an embankment on Route 422 at Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township and rolled onto its roof. Charlier, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to an unknown hospital with a leg injury. She was cited for careless driving.5:55 a.m. Saturday - A truck driven by Anthony McKenzie, 37, of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, struck the rear of a disabled car on Route 422 near the Butler Fairgrounds in Prospect.Michael Frisby, 38, of Butler was pushing the car, which had run out of gasoline, when the crash occurred. He was not injured. Police noted that heavy fog was a factor in the crash.1:24 a.m. Saturday - Matthew Daugerty, 30, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 356 and 422 in Butler Township.Saturday - Someone between 10 p.m. Friday and 1:45 a.m. Saturday smashed a window of a vehicle at Alan's Roadhouse car in Petrolia and took several undisclosed items. John Claypool of Chicora owns the vehicle. Amy Switzer of Chicora owns the stolen property.Friday - Jewelry, gift certificates, currency and a model train were taken in a burglary between Sept. 18 and Friday at a Merriman Drive home in Muddy Creek Township. Steven Baxter and James Swayne, both of Harmony, own the stolen property, valued at $1,250.Friday - A 30-30 Marlin lever action rifle equipped with a Tasco scope and a 12-gauge Mossberg pump shotgun were taken in a burglary between 6 p.m. Thursday and 5 a.m. Saturday at the Smith Road home of Michael Bosch in West Liberty.Wednesday - A Polaris Scramble all-terrain vehicle valued at $2,800 and $35 in currency were taken in a burglary at the Branchton Road home of Rebecca Claypoole in Washington Township. The burglary occurred between Sept. 13 and Wednesday.Wednesday - An unidentified vehicle struck a van at Bogaz Market on Route 228 in Clinton Township and did not stop.1 p.m. Tuesday - A pickup truck driven by Richard Sipes, no age given, of Pittsburgh struck a utility pole along Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township. Sipes was cited for undisclosed traffic citations in the crash.Sept. 19 - A 30-30 Marlin rifle valued at $300 was taken between June 4 and Sept. 19 in a burglary at the Grove City Road home Dale McLaughlin in Mercer Township.Sept. 19 - A utility trailer was taken between Sept. 15 and 19 at the Washington Street home of Kenneth McKee in Parker, Armstrong County.

Sunday - A Lawrence County man was serious injured when the motorcycle he was driving struck the rear of a car on Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.Greg Bronley, 46, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown off his motorcycle. He was taken to an unknown hospital after the crash. Jennifer Hall, 21, of North Charleroi, Washington County was driving the car.Sunday - John Urven, 45, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck the rear of another car, driven by Brian Wallace, 29, of Erie, on Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.The collision pushed Wallace's vehicle into a car driven by Debra Cross, 43, of Grove City. Victoria Berdnik, 30, no address given, a passenger in Wallace's car and who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
