5:45 p.m. Saturday - Christopher Vaughn, 18, of Butler was arrested for reckless endangerment and simple assault stemming from a case of road rage on Route 8 in front of the Clearview Mall in Center Township. Police said Vaughn allegedly backed his vehicle into Kevin Hagberg, 34, of Slippery Rock.Hagberg, following the incident, drove himself to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.10:05 a.m. Saturday - Judy Healey, no age given, of Harmony was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her sport utility vehicle struck a set of mailboxes, a parked truck and a mobile home at the Pine Valley Estates on Valley Drive in Lancaster Township.Healey, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken with moderate injuries to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.7:50 a.m. Saturday - Ronald Rust, no age given, of Pittsburgh was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his sport utility vehicle hit four wooden guide rail posts, traveled into a ditch and struck a tree at Scott Ridge Road and Ascot Court in Lancaster Township.Rust, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.12:30 a.m. Saturday - Benjamin Mauthe, 21, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a utility pole along Covert Road in Brady Township. Mauthe, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered a moderate head injury.Saturday - Richard Thompson of Eau Claire reported that his 1997 white Dodge Grand Caravan was stolen Friday or Saturday from the 300 block of West Main Street in Eau Claire. Thompson told police the keys were in the vehicle, which has the Pennsylvania license plate DXW3930.Saturday - Several X-Box video games and a pair of X-Box controllers were taken between 9 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Herman Road home of Michael Hank in Summit Township.10:25 p.m. Friday - A 36-year-old Butler man, who police did not identify, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle got stuck in the yard at a Keck Road home in Summit Township.7:52 p.m. Friday - Kenneth Schnur, 42, of Fenelton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 422 and Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.5:52 p.m. Friday - Cars driven by Christopher Walaschek, no age given, of Portersville and Christopher Dobson, no age given, of Evans City collided on Route 528 in Connoquenessing Township. Walaschek and a passenger in his car, Shawn Saunders, no age given, of New Wilmington, Mercer County, both wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries.11:05 a.m. Friday - Cars driven by Linda Kummer, 35, of Butler and Karen Kovalchick, 51, of Slippery Rock collided at Route 8 and Shields Road in Mercer Township.Friday - Several undisclosed items were taken between noon Dec. 26 and 1:15 p.m. Friday in a burglary at the Cornelius Road home of Ronald Zera in Worth Township.5:35 p.m. Thursday - A car driven by Matthew Grossi, 17, of Center Township struck the rear of a sport utility vehicle on Route 8 in Center Township. Grossi was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Michelle Luchkiw, 18, of Center Township, was driving the SUV.1 a.m. Thursday - A vehicle driven by Shawn Kilpatrick, 24, of Mercer struck the side of a concrete bridge on Route 258 in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Kilpatrick fled the scene following the crash.Thursday - Two dirt bikes were taken between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday at an undisclosed location on West Liberty Road in West Liberty. Randy Long of Slippery Rock owns the bikes.
11:30 p.m. Friday - A Parker woman was arrested after allegedly breaking into the Emlenton area restaurant where she worked and taking an undisclosed amount of money from a cash and safe.Amy Jo Becker, no age given, of 305 Parker Pike Road, who is charged with burglarizing the Subway restaurant at Routes 38 and 208 in Scrubgrass, Venango County, remains in the Venango County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
4:10 p.m. Saturday - William Murawski, 44, of Ford City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a utility pole and natural gas meters along Route 3007 in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Murawski, was not wearing a seat belt, suffered undisclosed injuries in the crash.
