SUSAN FLETCHER (Geneva)placed second overall at the Plaid Invitational to help the women's cross country team the championship. Her time of 12 minutes, 28 seconds was 17 seconds behind teammate Rebecca Van Regenmorter.Fletcher is a graduate of Seneca Valley.

MALLORY BUGEL (Westminster)scored her 18th goal of the season to help the Titans' women soccer team defeat Thiel 2-0 to improve to 13-3 overall, 8-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.

JEFF WAGNER (Karns City)led the Thiel football team in tackles in Saturday's 34-0 win over Westminster. Wagner made six tackles, including 2½ for loss and also registered a sack. Thiel improved to 7-0 overall and 5-0 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.
