Special incentives for blood donations through May 31
The American Red Cross is asking families to donate blood before the beginning of the summer vacation season when donations typically decline.
People who donate through May 19 will receive a $10 e-gift card to a merchant of choice and automatically will be entered to win a travel trailer camper that sleeps eight. More information is available at rcblood.org/camper. Those who come to give from May 20 to 31 will receive an 20-ounce Red Cross aluminum water bottle and customizable sticker set, while supplies last.
