SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:
Heather Lynn Webb, 22, of Jeannette had her case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Webb Nov. 15 with driving under the influence, follow too closely, careless driving, period for requiring lighted lamps and fail to use safety belt system.
Sharon L. Dougal, 26, of Tower City had her case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Dougal Nov. 29 with false reports.
Lynn R. White, 62, of 151 Kay Road, Harrisville, had her case held for court. State police in Butler charged White Dec. 8 with four counts of theft by deception.
Scott Edward Shelatz, 31, of Erie had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Shelatz Dec. 13 with possession of a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, fail to keep right and disregard traffic lane.
Kevin Michael Buzard, 20, of 501 Chicora Road, Butler, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Buzard Dec. 21 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stephanie Ann Snyder, 42, of 422 Red Brush Road, Boyers, had her case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Snyder with acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
EVANS CITY --- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Franklin David Shipley, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the Jackson Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, careless driving and purchasing alcohol by a minor.David Michael Foley, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the Jackson Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Brad Michael Galletta, 20, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Adams Township police with four counts of forgery, 11 counts of access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.Brian Paul Bartley, 21, of Mishawaka, Ind., waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.Yohan Koe, 22, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.Damon Allen Krynicki, 30, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Joseph Bartholomew Hufnagel, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, driving at safe speeds and careless driving.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Denise R. Grame, 27, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with 29 counts of theft by deception, 29 counts of receiving stolen property and 29 counts of writing bad checks.Jonathan Paul Duddy, 19, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, recklessly endangering another person, purchasing alcohol by a minor, turning movements and required signals, driving at safe speeds, careless driving, abandoning vehicle on a highway and failure to notify police of accident or damage to vehicle.Shane Young, 32, of Butler waive his case to court. He was charged Dec. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.William Kenneth Merriman, 60, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Julie Lynn Stilts, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Nathan James Marshall, 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and forgery.
