5:15 p.m. Thursday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Aston Angeloni, 18, of Butler Township and a van driven by Regina Beilstein, 40, of Butler collided on West Penn Street.Thursday - An unidentified vehicle struck a car parked on West Penn Street near North Chestnut Street and did not stop following the crash. Dale Rice of Butler owns the car.

2:23 p.m. Sunday - Cars driven by Liese Kaufman, 49, and Dennis Hartzell, 50, both of Slippery Rock collided on Muddy Creek Drive in Clay Township. Kaufman was cited for failing to keep to the right of the road.Sunday - Two long guns - a Stoeger 12-gauge, double-barrel shotgun and a Marlin .30-.30, lever-action rifle - and a Stihl chainsaw were taken in a burglary at the Mount Union Road home of Walter Madden in Worth Township. The burglary occurred between June 22 and Sunday.1 p.m. Saturday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Timothy Rose, 28, of Butler veered off Protzman Road in Summit Township, overturned and rolled down an embankment.Saturday - An all-terrain vehicle was taken between 12:01 and 8 a.m. from Snow's Polaris on South Main Street in Chicora.Saturday - Several undisclosed items were taken Friday or Saturday in a burglary at the Queens Junction road home in Clay Township.Friday - Antique furniture and items that included a dresser, sewing machine and china were taken between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 6 p.m. Friday from a Bruin-Queenstown Road home in Parker Township. Georgia Horner of Parker owns the stolen property valued at about $3,150.July 18 - Several undisclosed household items were taken between June 26 and July 18 from a storage unit at Ski Mini Storage on Route 422 in Franklin Township. Kathleen Elder of Butler owns the stolen property.

1:50 a.m. Saturday - Larry Ridinger, 50, of Harmony was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 1038 in West Kittanning, Armstrong County.

12:20 p.m. Sunday - Six people were injured when cars driven by Charles Eppinger, 61, of Mercer and Angela Grossman, 28, of Grove City collided at Brent and Plain Grove roads in Plain Grove Township, Lawrence County.Both drivers and a three passengers in Grossman's car, Charles Grossman, 40, and two children, 5 and 6, all of Grove City, suffered minor injuries. A passenger in Eppinger's car, Helen Eppinger, 61, of Mercer, suffered minor injuries. All occupants in both cars were wearing seat belts.8:32 p.m. Saturday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Joyce Isles, 45, of Grove City traveled off Route 173 in Liberty Township, Mercer County, and struck a cement culvert. The SUV veered back before going off the road again and striking a second culvert.
