SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Lauralee Mannas, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of theft of service and bad checks, filed Dec. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

William Rinaman, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Tonya Sadecky, 31, of Natrona, Allegheny County waived to court a charge of child endangerment, filed Jan. 12 by Middlesex Township police.

John Weinel III, 59, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed in separate complaints Dec. 22 and Jan. 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Arthur Zelhart, 45, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment and a lane violation, filed Feb. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Bartel III, 34, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.Jennifer R. Davidson, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.Vishnu V. Denson, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault, child endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 30 by Butler Township police.Patricia J. Dobson, 58, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats and reckless endangerment, filed Nov. 27 by Butler Township police.Joel A. Fobes, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted access device fraud and conspiracy, filed March 11 by Butler Township police.Lauren M. Fogel, 46, of Harmony was held for court on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disobeying a traffic control device, a lane violation, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Dec. 1 by state police.Crystal L. Koebler-Orloski, 40, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Jan. 27 by state police.Kevin A. Lamka, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, forgery, access device fraud, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, identity theft and two counts of attempted access device fraud, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police. He also waived charges of escape and criminal mischief filed in a separate complaint March 1 by Butler County detectives.Lisa Lamka, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, identity theft and attempted access device fraud, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police.Alexander C. Miranda, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 23 by Butler Township police. Miranda was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.Andrew L. Perry, 27, of Prospect waived to court eight counts each of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed in eight separate complaints March 3 by Butler Township police.Daniel F. Riemenschneider, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 8 by the Butler County Sheriff's office. Riemenschneider was ordered to pay $458.50 in fines and court costs.Austin D. Stockard, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 3 by Butler Township police. Stockard was ordered to pay $4,986.16 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Heinlein, 41, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving without rear lights, filed Dec. 22.Douglas F. Janaszek, 34, of Butler waived to court a charges of DUI, filed Dec. 26.Krystal K. Krauchak, 20, of Butler waived to court two counts of theft by unlawful taking and a charge of theft by deception, filed Feb. 17.Brent L. Miller, 27, of Mercer waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft and forgery, filed Dec. 14.Raylene A. Nagle, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and violating a hazard regulation, filed Dec. 2.Jerad C. Soose, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 12.Justin P. Warner, 27, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 31. Warner was ordered to pay $519.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.James Westerman, 22, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 4.
