Marie and John Houston

Marie and John “Les” Houston of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner at the home of their grandson, Eric and Kelly King of Beaver Falls.

Houston married the former Marie Crispin on May 5, 1962, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler.

They have three children, Robbin (Greg) Yothers of Greensburg; Theresa (Paul) King of Corsica, Pa.; and Jessica (Neil) Callahan of Hermitage.

They also have nine grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, with another on the way.

Houston retired after 34 years working in Butler Memorial Hospital’s information systems.

Mrs. Houston performs mother and grandmother duties.

The Houstons are members of Trinity Lutheran Church.
