District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Zachary Edmon Livengood, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 16 by Zelienople police with aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and resisting arrest.
Joshua David Charlton, 28, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by the state police with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.
Robert Michael Schindler, 47, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Phillip Carl Schnebel, 48, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged April 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
Tammie Hohman, 46, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged March 23 by Adams Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
Edward James Kish, 38, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged May 10 by the state attorney general's office with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
Ashley Kristen Kunich, 28, of Baden had her case held for court. She was charged May 10 by the attorney general's office with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
Shawn Sebert Williams, 40, of Natrona Heights waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 by the attorney general's office with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Michael Andrew Hauser, 48, of Latrobe waived his case to court. He was charged March 31 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Emmanuel Matthew Grayson, 32, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 7 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol and trespass by motor vehicle.
David Aris Chisholm, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by Cranberry police with theft of services.

He was charged March 1 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal attempt, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.Rebecca Joan Biers, 25, of Baden waived her case to court. She was charged May 4 with making a false report to police and fabricating evidence.Matthew Robert Raymond, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 18 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jason R. Kennedy, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 31 with driving under the influence.
