3:45 a.m. Saturday - Tama Jeanne Hoffman, 25, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence and failing to obey traffic control devices after she was pulled over for a traffic stop.10:52 p.m. Friday - Jesse Vickers, 40, of Butler was taken into custody for an outstanding bench warrant following a traffic stop on Taylor Street.8 p.m. Thursday - John Osborne of Prospect reported a hit-and-run accident on East Brady Street near Fifth Street in which an unknown driver struck the driver's side door of Osborne's parked car. The accident occurred between 7 and 8 p.m.

9:05 p.m. Wednesday - A Jeep driven by Linda Pisor, 55, of Bruin and a car driven by Matthew Brewster, 30, of Chicora collided on Route 268 in Bruin.Pisor was cited for a stop sign violation. Both drivers and four passengers in Brewster's car were transported to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.4:37 p.m. Friday - A car driven by Ed Walker Jr., 73, of New Brighton struck the rear of a car driven by Terry Graham, 52, of Farrell that had pulled onto the shoulder of the Route 422 ramp from Route 68. Neither driver was injured and neither was wearing a seatbelt.1:05 p.m. Thursday - A truck driven by Lana Adams, 51, of West Sunbury traveled off Route 308 in Clay Township and struck several mailboxes and small trees before hitting a large tree. Rescue personnel cut open the vehicle to remove the driver and take her to Butler Memorial Hospital. The driver was cited for careless driving.9:46 p.m. Friday - Victor Kennedy, 48, of Slippery Rock was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 422 at Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.

5 p.m. Wednesday - A horse-drawn buggy driven by Leah Byler of New Wilmington and a van driven by Susan Grimm of Volant, collided on Leechburg Station Road.The horse was euthanized following the head-on collision.6:20 p.m. Tuesday - Zina Rodgers of Toledo, Ohio, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 80 in Wolf Creek Township.5:25 a.m. Wednesday - Four illegal immigrants were take into custody on Mercer-Butler Pike Road in Liberty Township. Alberto Martinez-Gonzalez, 23, Jose Martinez-Rodriquez, 42, Anselmo Angulo-Lopez, 20, and Juan Jose-Ramos, 18, were picked up by officers from the U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement.

2 a.m. Friday - Jessie Miller, 19, of Ford City sustained minor injuries after her car flipped onto its roof on Route 3011 near Route 422 in West Franklin Township. Miller's car swerved off the road to miss a deer before hitting an embankment along the right side of the road, overturning, sliding on its roof for 27 feet and flipping back onto its wheels. She was wearing a seatbelt.

6:52 a.m. Thursday - A van driven by Laura Brassell, 24, of New Sewickley, Beaver County, struck a utility pole on Myoma Road. The driver was taken to Mercy Hospital and her two children were taken to Children's Hospital for treatment.
