2:42 a.m. today - Marlene Coy, 43, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence at West New Castle Street and Fourth Avenue. She was also cited for careless driving.9:52 p.m. Sunday - A Butler Township woman was injured when her car struck the side of a building on East Jefferson Street.Jenna Guadagni, 19, told police she lost control of her car after falling asleep at the wheel. The car crossed over both lanes, went off the road and hit the side of the Butler Petroleum/Texaco station at 724 E. Jefferson St.Bricks knocked off the building fell onto Guadagni's car, as well as a motor home parked behind the building, police said. Robert Walker of Butler owns the motor home.Guadagni, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital. She was cited for careless driving.Police said the building, owned by Larry Thompson of Butler, sustained severe damage.

Saturday - Three motorists were arrested for driving under the influence during a sobriety checkpoint detail on Main Street in Butler. Eight traffic violations and 38 warnings were issued. One person was cited for underage drinking.

9 p.m. Monday - Joseph Arblaster Jr., 31, of Boyers was arrested for violating a court-issued protection from abuse order along Keister Road in Slippery Rock. Police said Arblaster violated the court order by contacting Barbara Williams, 31, of Boyers.4:40 p.m. Monday - A car driven by Kelly Seachrist, 19, of East Brady, Clarion County, struck an embankment and culvert before rolling onto its roof on Oak Road in Donegal Township.Seachrist was flown by medical helicopter with serious injuries to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Her condition was not known this morning. Seachrist, who was not wearing a seat belt, was cited for several undisclosed traffic violations in the crash.Sunday - A cell phone, sneakers, an MP3 player and a checkbook were taken between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday from an unlocked vehicle at the Keister Apartments parking lot in Slippery Rock Township. Jacob Skiba of Grove City owns the stolen property.7:30 p.m. Friday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Timothy Krisner, 44, of Dumfries, Va., and a car driven by James Merola, 17, of Slippery Rock collided on Route 8 about ½ mile north of Duffy Road in Slippery Rock Township. Krisner was cited for illegally passing another vehicle.Noon Wednesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Jacqueline Cypher, 18, of Cabot struck and sheared off a utility pole along West Jefferson Road in Jefferson Township.Aug. 22 - Several undisclosed tools and lawn care equipment were taken between Aug. 15 and 22 from a garage in a burglary at the Yellow Creek Road home of Robert Peterson Jr. in Muddy Creek Township.

8:57 p.m. Monday - A car driven by Earth Donato, 27, of Seminole, Armstrong County, struck a mailbox, garbage can and tree along Route 861 in Rimersburg, Clarion County.

Friday - About 75 gallons of diesel fuel was taken from three state Department of Transportation trucks parked between 1:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday on Route 422 near Mushroom Farm Road in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Both headlights on each of the trucks were also damaged.

4:40 a.m. Saturday - A tractor truck struck and killed a horse that ran onto Route 19 near Mercer-New Castle Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County.Theodore Davis, 77, of Prospect, told police he was driving north on the road when four horses ran in front of the truck. Steve Byler of Mercer owned the horse.
