12:44 a.m. today — Michael Shane Green, 28, of Muddy Creek Township is accused of assaulting a 28-year-old Lawrence County woman in the 100 block of Moraine Drive in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Green is charged with simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.Tuesday — Two unknown men between 10 and 11:45 a.m. stole a. 44-caliber revolver and about $550 in currency after breaking into the Vogleyville Road home of Eugene Boulanger in Summit Township.Police said the suspects left the home in a late-1980s or early-1990s model, white Ford pickup truck with a loud exhaust and no cap. The pickup was last seen on Herman Road traveling toward Herman.The property stolen in the burglary is valued at $1,350.3:45 p.m. Monday — David Gaiser, 34, was arrested for felony assault stemming from a neighborhood dispute on Sunset Drive in Connoquenessing.Police said Gaiser allegedly pointed a rifle at 32-year-old Robert Hauserman of Evans City. The defendant is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, felons not to possess firearms, and disorderly conduct.10:30 p.m. Friday — A 16-year-old Boyers boy allegedly assaulted another boy with a baseball bat on BoyersRoad in Marion Township. The suspect, who police did not identify, is charged with simple assault. Police did not identify the 14-year-old victim of Slippery Rock. It was not known if the younger boy was injured in the assault.4:30 p.m. Sept. 21 — Larry Zierath, 60, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a three-vehicle crash in Connoquenessing Township.Police said Zierath was driving a van on Eagle Mill Road that turned into the path of a car driven by Andrew Figlioli, 29, of Butler. Figlioli, in attempting to avoid the crash, collided on Rolling Valley Lane with a pickup truck driven by George Patrick, 43, of Butler.
