Darren J. DiBiccaro, 38, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on a road laned for traffic, filed Sept. 15 by state police.

Bodacious A. Emerick, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, criminal attempt theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 5 by Butler Township police.

Steven A. Kline, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Butler Township police.

Pat Michael Mulholland, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal attempt acquisition by misrepresentation and ID theft, filed Oct. 9 by Butler Township police.
