PARKER — Central Electric Cooperative announced today the promotion of Bill Fesenmyer to manager of engineering.
In his new position, Fesenmyer will be responsible for overseeing system engineering, load management, metering, staking and other Engineering Department functions.
He has been with the company for five years and is a Grove City College graduate with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He recently completed the NRECA Management Internship Program.
PITTSBURGH — II-VI held its annual shareholders meeting Nov. 6.Re-elected to the board of directors were Wendy DiCicco and Marc Y.E. Pelaez.Shareholders also ratified the audit committee's selection of Ernst & Young as II-VI's independent registered public accounting firm for the 2009-10 fiscal year.The board of directors appointed Thomas E. Mistler to serve as lead independent director, and appointed the following independent directors to serve as members of the various committee:• Audit committee — DiCicco as chairwoman, Joseph J. MARS — Dr. Jennifer Pacella, a board certified pediatric dentist, and Dr. Robert Kreashko, an orthodontist, opened Mars Dental Specialists.They are inviting the public to visit their new space-themed location at 160 Brickyard Road in Mars from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 24 for a grand opening/open house celebration.A food collection will be held for the St. Killian Church Food Bank for nonperishable items.
BUTLER TWP — Cambridge Home Health Care announced Kelly Jo Hayden joined its Butler office as clinical supervisor/branch manager.Hayden is a graduate of the licensed practical nursing program at Lenape School and earned a certificate for the Ambassador of Healthy Aging Program at The University of Pittsburgh. She lives in West Sunbury.
