The VA Butler Healthcare System has been recognized at VA’s 2026 National Customer Experience Symposium with the Veterans Health Administration Customer Experience Award for Best Patient Experience Overall.

These awards recognize facilities that demonstrate excellence in service to veterans, families, caregivers and survivors.

Awardees are selected based on performance across customer experience measures, leadership attributes, internal controls and operational standards.

This marks Butler VA’s second achievement in the Veterans Health Administration’s awards program.
