Saturday — Christopher Foringer said someone overnight ransacked his vehicle at his West Pearl Street home and stole a black, video iPod valued at $300.
2:15 a.m. Sunday — Chrystal Olson, 24, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 356 at Hansen Avenue in Butler.2:02 a.m. Sunday — Richard Fry, 47, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his motorcycle crashed in a guardrail at Route 138 and McGregor Road in Clay Township. Fry, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered minor injuries.5:21 p.m. Saturday — Daniel Clouse, 49, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was stopped on an all-terrain vehicle at Route 68 and Grove Street in Chicora. Police said Clouse also faces charges of illegally driving an ATV on the road and driving without insurance or registration.Saturday — Fifteen boxes of aluminum sheeting valued at $1,050 were stolen between 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday in a burglary at The Minner Co. home improvement business on Melody Lane in Jefferson Township.Saturday — Two wooden signs advertising Shirey's Gift Shop &Farm Market were stolen between 4:30 and 8 p.m. outside the business on Route 8 in Brady Township.10 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Vickie Warner, 45, of Parker crashed and rolled several times on Route 268 in Parker Township. Warner, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police said Warner was cited for multiple traffic violations.4:59 a.m. Friday — Several items of umpire gear were found on Water Street in Bruin. The owner can claim the property by calling the barracks at 724-284-8100.Friday — Unknown vandals between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday broke a window and wood spindle at 245 Westminster Road in Clinton Township. Bachman Construction of Butler owns the damaged property.8:50 p.m. Thursday — Robert Boring Jr., 31, of Zelienople was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car rear-ended a tractor-trailer on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. DaveLeFace, 61, of West New Newton, Westmoreland County was driving the rig.2 p.m. Thursday — Cars driven by Donald Leslie, 74, of Saxonburg and Cynthia Tworek, 58, of Pittsburgh collided on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township. Tworek, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police said Leslie was cited for a lane violation.Tuesday — Jeremiah Sherer of Parker reported that someone between Aug. 3 and Tuesday stole a Conneves 3300 CB radio, a Road King microphone and a gear keeper from his Peterbilt truck parked on Sandy Point Road in Allegheny Township. The stolen property is valued at $360.Tuesday — Jessica Artana reported the theft of a bicycle outside her Cromwell Estates home on Cromwell Drive in Clinton Township.State Police, Clarion11 p.m. Saturday — Joshua Holliday, 19, of Emlenton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck crashed into a ditch and rolled over on Doc Walker Road in Perry Township, Clarion County.Police said Justin Goodman, 18, of Knox, a passenger, was thrown out of the pickup; he was flown by medical helicopter with major injuries to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Asecond passenger, Jessica Neely, 18, of Clarion was treated for minor injuries at Clarion Hospital.
5:29 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Rodney Davis, 20, of Mercer and Kevin Schmid, 40, of Grove City collided on Route 58 near Kidds Mill Road in Delaware Township. Schmid and a 7-year-old girl riding in his car were treated for minor injuries at Grove City Medical Center. Police said Davis faces several traffic violations in the crash.
8:05 p.m. Friday — Joseph Secilia, 43, of Kittanning was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 28 in Buffalo Township.7:45 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Cheryl Dillon, 22, of East Brady veered off Kittanning Hollow Road in Sugarcreek Township and hit a ditch and wooden pole fence while trying to avoid a vehicle exiting a private driveway. Dillon received minor injuries. Her passenger, Roger Porter Jr., 22, also of East Brady, was not injured. Both occupants were wearing seat belts.
