Jon Milcic, 19, of Cabot waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 8 by Saxonburg police.
Kayla Sharpe, 24, of Valencia waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by state police.
Sevana Shirvani, 29, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Jan. 14 by state police.
Joshua Stark, 23, of Cabot waived to court charges of arson, three counts each of burglary and trespass, two counts each of conspiracy and theft, and single counts of criminal mischief, aggravated assault, simple assault and resisting arrest, filed in four complaints Jan. 13 and Feb. 17 by state police.

Brandon was ordered to pay $894.50 in fines and court costs.Justin J.
