Rockets roll past Franklin

Jence Rhoads scored 21 points and the Slippery Rock girls basketball team used a huge surge in the third quarter to beat Franklin 53-44 in a big regional matchup Tuesday night.

Casey McCaffrey added 11 points for the Rockets (13-4, 7-1), who turned a one-point halftime lead into a 13-point advantage following a frenetic third period.
