During the annual state-sponsored homeownership awards event last week, Howard Hanna Financial Services was recognized as the second-highest producer of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency loans for 2021.

While in competition with approximately 81 other lending partners across the state, Howard Hanna produced 397 finance agency loans this past year, while also being recognized as the top lender for veterans in the state.

Robin Wiessmann, PHFA executive director and CEO, recognized and thanked all the lending services at the event for helping families all across the state.

“Homeownership is an investment in yourself,” Wiessmann said. “It helps build personal wealth and frees people up to pursue other areas for growth in their life, like continuing education and helping to build their community.”

The PHFA helps provide affordable homeownership, along with rental options for older adults, low and moderate income families and those who require special housing needs.
