6:15 p.m. Sunday — Marie R. Gazaille, 33, of Butler was caught at the Butler Commons Walmart, where she had been barred for an alleged shoplifting incident March 1. Police cited Gazaille for defiant trespass.
7:35 p.m. Friday — Nicole Harvey, 35, of Butler allegedly shoplifted $599 worth of merchandise at the Butler Commons Walmart. Police said Harvey is charged with retail theft.

11:53 a.m. Monday — A black Kia key fob was found in the parking lot at Grace Methodist Church on South Broad Street. The owner can claim the property at the police station at 337 E. Pine St.
Friday — An unknown thief stole a small amount of coins from a vehicle in the 500 block of Woodland Avenue. The theft happened between 11 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.
Thursday — An unidentified vehicle struck a car parked in the Guthrie Theater parking lot on South Broad Street. The unknown driver did not stop after the crash, which occurred between 8 a.m. and 4:11 p.m.

12:47 a.m. Tuesday — Travis D. Ellenberger, 19, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed his sport utility vehicle into a guardrail on Route 68 just east of Shearer Road in Oakland Township.
June 13 — An unknown thief stole a Motorola cell phone and money from two vehicles in the 900 block of Grant Avenue in East Butler. The thefts happened June 12 or 13.

Tuesday — A 28-year-old Templeton man reported that several bottles of prescription medication were stolen in a burglary at his home. The unknown burglar used an unlocked window between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to get into the home on West Caldwell Road in Boggs Township.
7:10 p.m. Friday — John Placek II, 37, of Worthington allegedly threatened a paramedic who was treating him in the ambulance traveling on Route 422 in East Franklin Township. The ambulance was headed to ACMH Hospital in the township at the time.
Police said they cited Placek for harassment. The nature of the ambulance call for the suspect was not indicated in a police report.
July 7 — A 32-foot aluminum extension ladder was taken from a barn in a burglary at a home in the 900 block of Worthington-Slate Lick Road in West Franklin Township. The break-in happened between April 1 and July 7.

7:05 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Tyler R. Rose, 17, of Fredonia and a pickup truck driven by Kevin D. Minor, 44, of Jackson Center collided at Centertown and Hemlock roads in Wolf Creek Township. Police said Rose was cited for a stop sign violation.
Sunday — An unknown thief snatched a wallet from a 79-year-old woman’s purse at the Fairfield Presbyterian Church in Sandy Lake Township. The theft happened during a church function between 3 and 7 p.m.
11:15 p.m. June 29 — Eric Brown, no age given, of Riga, Mich., was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed his pickup truck into a guardrail on Route 173 just south of Nicklin Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.
