Wednesday - Robert Lule, 37, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, was charged after he allegedly violated a court-issued protection from abuse order when he went to his wife's home on Lyon Avenue on March 10.Police said Lule also assaulted Tiffany Lule, 25, and damaged property at her home. He is charged with indirect criminal contempt, simple assault, trespass and criminal mischief.11:19 p.m. Saturday - A car driven by Barbara Deems, 31, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Luke McGee, 19, of Connoquenessing Township collided at West New Castle and South Sixth streets. McGee, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
12:20 p.m. Wednesday - Ronald DeAngelis, no age given, of Butler swerved his car to avoid a vehicle that had stopped to allow a pair of pheasants to cross Sunset Drive in Center Township, and struck a tree along the road. DeAngelis, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.1:20 a.m. Wednesday - A mini-van driven by Christa Wagner, 26, of Butler struck a utility pole along Great Belt Road near Star Grille Road in Summit Township.7:35 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Pope Jr., 21, of Johnstown, Cambria County, swerved his sport utility vehicle to avoid a passing car at Branchton and Harmony roads, and struck an embankment, The unidentified red or maroon car did not stop. Pope, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
