EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Grant Jacob Etter, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Melissa Sue Yuhas, 24, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 25 by Jackson Township police with criminal conspiracy, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Angelic Carey, 29, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 25 by Jackson Township police with criminal conspiracy, manufacturing a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Riley, 23, of Garrettsville, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Allen Scott, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 26 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

David Raymond Zanetti, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Michael Allen Pintell, 22, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 20 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Mary Elizabeth McManus, 24, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 22 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Margaret R. Mullins, 37, of Verona waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Matthew C. Sielski, 24, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by Mars police with theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and identity theft.

Joseph Louis Sipes, 24, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 12 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Athena Lee Tompai, 18, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
