CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Brian K. Arblaster, 32, of Boyers waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 25 by state police.

David K. Arnold, 30, of Butler waived to court four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, filed in two complaints Nov. 24 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Earl Lee Everetts, 19, of Parker waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, theft from a vehicle, attempted theft from a vehicle and two counts of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 21 by state police.

Keith Lumley, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 28 by state police.

Robert Lee Miller, 37, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 15 by state police.

Jessica Lynn Weber, 23, of Hilliards waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 30 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases filed by state police:Nathan O. Hines, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, filed Oct. 2.John R. Neal, 39, of Harrisville waived to court four counts each of indecent assault; and corruption of minors, filed Oct. 14.Robert A. Razzano Jr., 21, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 13.Ricky R. Upton, 53, of Spring Creek, Warren County, waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 27.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Marc Brenner, 22, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Nov. 10 by state police.Matthew Klesen, 24, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Oct. 13 by Buffalo Township police.Emily Lacava, 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, disobeying a traffic control device, driving an unregistered vehicle and a lane violation, filed Nov. 2 by state police.Matthew Tolley, 23, of Zelienople waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 6 by Saxonburg police.Kevin Vantine, 47, of Sarver had his case held for court. He was charged Oct. 29 by Buffalo Township police with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.Cindy Williams, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to provide information after an accident, driving without insurance and a lane violation, filed Aug. 17 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seidel recently heard these cases:Raymond Lee Friend, 60, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.Bradley James Newcamp, 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 24 by the Adams Township Police with 36 counts of theft by unlawful taking, eight counts of forgery and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Craig D. Show, 37, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by the Adams Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Caren Marie McBane, 47, of Washington, Pa., had her case held to court. She was charged Nov. 6 by the Jackson Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and public drunkenness.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George heard these cases:Christine E. Crepp, 24, of Ellwood City had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 7 by Cranberry Township Police with retail theft.Angela Marie Hollen, 28, of North Huntingdon, Pa., had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 6 by the Cranberry Township Police with retail theft.Richard David Dworek, 42, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 6 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Brenda Lee Criswell, 31, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 9 by Cranberry Township Police with retail theft.Mathew Thomas McDougall, 19, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by Cranberry Township Police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
