1:32 p.m. Jan. 7 — Trooper Kimberly Ferguson, 34, of Butler suffered minor injuries when she swerved her cruiser to avoid another car and struck an embankment at Branchton Road and Route 8 in Cherry Township.Carl Muck, 81, of Boyers, who was driving the other car, was cited for a stop sign violation. Ferguson was wearing a seat belt.

1:55 a.m. Sunday — Joseph Vasbinder, 45, of Rimersburg was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 68 in Rimersburg.

3:20 a.m. Tuesday — Ernest Weaver Jr., 40, of Mercer was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck an embankment on Old Ash Road near Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.
