3:03 a.m. Friday — David M. Jaillet, 40, of Renfrew was charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute with his wife, Dolores Jaillet, 40, of Butler at 700 S. Main St., Apt. 5. He allegedly pushed her on the ground, breaking her right ankle, after she slapped him.1:42 a.m. Friday — Thana R. Adams, 35, was charged with burglary, simple assault and criminal mischief after allegedly breaking into Michelle King's apartment at 211½ Cecelia St. and attacking her. Police report King, 47, had cuts and scratches as well as complaining of neck pain. Adams is accused of breaking the glass in King's back door, enabling Adams to unlock the door. Adams allegedly was upset with King about Adams' estranged boyfriend, Michael McPherson, 49, who was in King's apartment at the time of the incident. Adams was released on her own recognizance on the condition she has no contact with King.1:15 a.m. Friday — Lisa Marie Wright, 42, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence — incapable of safely driving, driving under the influence — high rate of alcohol and disregarding a traffic lane following a traffic stop on West Cunningham Street. Wright's vehicle narrowly missed hitting a police vehicle while she was traveling in the wrong direction.12:02 p.m. Jan. 17 — A vehicle driven by Carlen Vasbinder, 51, of Butler struck two parked vehicles, one owned by Mary Henry of Cranberry Township and the other by Richard Miller Jr. of Butler, on West Pearl Street. Vasbinder, who was wearing a seat belt and was not injured, told police the steering failed.
2:30 a.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Nancy McNeish, 34, of West Sunbury overturned off Mahood Road in Clay Township. She was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. She was cited for failing to drive a vehicle at a safe speed.11:44 p.m. Friday — A 17-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and resisting arrest following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 356 and Hanson Avenue in Butler City.10 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by William Bremer, 65, of Portersville hit a tree off Yellow Creek Road in Muddy Creek Township. He was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment of a head injury.7:45 p.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Charles Cunningham, 31, of Saxonburg wrecked on Dinnerbell Road in Jefferson Township. He was not injured.3:58 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Jacob Bennefield, 22, of Stoneboro struck a guardrail off Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township before colliding with a tractor-trailer driven by Michael Chatson, 56, of Gilford, Ohio. Bennefield received minor injuries. Chatson was not injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Bennefield was cited for failing to drive a vehicle at a safe speed.9:36 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Debbie Amendolea of West Sunbury hit a mailbox and two trees off Route 308 in Clay Township. The driver was not wearing a seat belt and received moderate injuries.
Thursday — Someone kicked in the back door of James Marzollo's Rimersburg residence between 6:11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
