10:05 p.m. Wednesday — Deborah J. Fleeger was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on South Cliff Street. Police said a search later found her with four Darvocet pills for which he had no prescription.Fleeger was placed in Butler County Prison on the warrant. Police also cited her for possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired registration.
1:21 a.m. Wednesday — Rebekka Anthony, 24, of Worthington, Armstrong County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her vehicle crashed on Litman Road.2:15 a.m. Sunday — Ryan Straney, 23, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on North Duffy Road.
4:05 p.m. Wednesday — ALawrence County man was injured when he crashed his motorcycle on Branchton Road near Industrial Drive in Slippery Rock Township. George Wright, 53, of Ellwood City, who was wearing a helmet, was treated for moderate injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital.Wednesday — Ahandmade political sign touting Ron Paul's presidential candidacy was reported stolen between Monday and Wednesday from the West Park Road home of Catherine Grossman in Worth Township.Police said the plywood sign stood about 5 feet, 6 inches high and 4 feet, 8 inches wide. The sign was painted to resemble an American flag with the caption, "Ron Paul 2008."5:41 p.m. Saturday — Martha E. Crawford, 62, of Chicora is accused in a hit-and-run crash in which the pickup truck she was allegedly driving struck several mailboxes and a sidewalk railing along Buena Vista Road in Fairview Township. Police cited Crawford for accidents involving damage to unattended property, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road.Sept. 27 — An unknown identity thief opened two telephone accounts using the personal information of a 35-year-old Washington Township woman. The total loss of the theft, between Aug. 1 and Sept, 27, was estimated at $2,281.
9:36 a.m. Oct. 9 — Copper buss bars were stolen from a cellular phone tower owned by Cricket Communication on Route 68 sometime between May and Sept. 9. The copper is valued at $1,000.1 p.m. Oct. 9 — A Micromotor Optima II carving device and 20 to 30 carbide and diamond cutters were stolen from a garage on South Green Lane. The device is valued at $700 and the cutters are valued at $280.10:20 p.m. Oct. 5 — A car driven by Alexander Panormios of Pittsburgh and a motorcycle driven by Howard Wayne Fife of Rochester collided at the intersection of Route 68 and Kasing Way in Harmony.
