SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Leanne Rae Hood, 36, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, failure to use restraint systems, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, driving on roads laned for traffic, failure to render aid, careless driving, reckless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Feb. 10 by state police.

Michael S. Gergart, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed April 3 by Penn Township police.

Keith T. Hohman, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and unauthorized use of an automobile, filed Sept. 9 by Penn Township police. Hohman also waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed April 20 by state police.

David D. Hughes, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 15 by Penn Township police.

Corey L. Kleinfelder, 23, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 10 by state police.

Chad W. Luich, 36, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and two counts failure to use seat belts, filed Nov. 9 by state police

Louis H. Santiago, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on right side of the road, no registration or title, unauthorized use or transfer of registration, failure to use restraint systems, driving under suspension and no insurance, filed Feb. 20 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Bradley D. Kradel, 28, of Chicora waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed April 23.Hilary McCrea, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 28, and was sentenced to pay $468 in fines and court costs.Zane Perry, 21, of Butler was held for court on two counts each intent to manufacture or manufacture of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance. One count of each charge was filed for separate incidents, occurring Feb. 3, 2011, and March 2, 2011, with all charges being filed Jan. 30 2012.Ronald W. Steighner Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, backing up improperly and trespass by motor vehicle, filed March 14.Justin M. Wagner, 26, of East Brady waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed March 5.<B></B>
