BUTLER TWP — Butler Township is participating again in the Great American Cleanup of Pennsylvania through May 31. The event is in conjunction with Keep America Beautiful’s Great American Cleanup.

To register to clean up along any Butler Township roads, contact the township administration building, 290 S. Duffy Road.

The township requires the following information from participants: name, the number of volunteers in the group, the area for cleanup and the date of the cleanup.

The township will provide gloves, safety vests and trash bags for each group. After the cleanup, participants should contact the township to make arrangements for trash bag removal.
