8 p.m. Thursday — Velma E. Weckerly, 42, of North Washington, was charged with harassment after an incident at 2303 Oneida Valley Road, North Washington, Washington Township. Police said Weckerly was involved in an altercation with 24-year-old Melodie M. Deal of Butler.
