These items have been collected from various police departments.

5:24 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Roberta Scuoteguazza, 59, of Butler; a car driven by Michael Pintell, 19, of Butler and a Jeep driven by Michele Craig, 31, of Worthington, Pa., were involved in a three-car accident at the intersection of East Jefferson and Franklin streets. Scuoteguazza's vehicle and Pintell's car collided. The impact sent Pintell's car into Craig's Jeep. No one was injured.

6:58 p.m. Sunday — A vehicle driven by Jason Neubert, 25, of Cabot struck a vehicle driven by Edward Stroka, 67, of Butler in Stroka's driveway at 439 New Castle Road. Neubert fled the scene. He was cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and other related traffic offenses. Emily Howard, 22, of Butler, Neubert's passenger and owner of the vehicle, was cited for permitting violations of title.

3:57 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by George Wolfe of Punta Gorda, Fla., and a vehicle driven by Donald C. Rodgers III of New Castle collided on Route 356 just south of Ralston Road. No injuries were reported. Traffic on the highway was backed up for about 45 minutes following the accident. Wolfe was cited with careless driving and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

4:27 p.m. Monday — A car driven by James Pinkerton, 77, of Conneaut Lake struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Donald McNeal, 66, of Warren in a southbound lane of Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. The accident occurred as traffic slowed due to an earlier wreck. Both drivers and McNeal's passenger, Kathleen McNeal, 56, were wearing seat belts and were not injured. Pinkerton was cited for careless driving and operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license.2:45 p.m. Monday — A car driven by a 16-year-old male from West Sunbury struck the rear of a car driven by another 16-year-old male from West Sunbury while both were traveling north on Route 308 near Pleasant Valley Road in Cherry Township. No one was injured. Both drivers and their juvenile passengers were wearing seat belts.1:50 p.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Amanda Hoover, 18, of Petrolia struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Justin Scherer, 26, of Petrolia in the northbound lane of Route 268 in Petrolia. Scherer's vehicle was stopped in traffic when the accident occurred. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.Monday — A car driven by Penelope Bombara, 49, of Butler was on Muddycreek Drive in Clay Township when it left the road, struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof. Bombara was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. She was cited for a related traffic violation.12:56 a.m. Tuesday — James A. Thompson, 23, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle left Route 8 near Lollipop Lane in Brady Township and traveled into a yard, where it became stuck.Tuesday — Steven T. Doyle, 20, of Saxonburg was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with a Sept. 25 traffic stop on Beacon Road in Forward Township.Monday — Gross Trucking in Winfield Township reported the theft of $539 in cash from its Winfield Road location between 9:45 p.m. Sunday and 2:30 a.m. Monday.

2 a.m. Oct. 9 — A car driven by Barry Laube, 35, of Petrolia was on Route 28 near the Harrison Township exit in Allegheny County when it struck a piece of wood, causing severe damage to the right side front wheel area. Laube was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Laube, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured.3:31 a.m. Oct. 12 — Tammy Carol Warcholak, 39, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 3001 in North Buffalo Township in Armstrong County.
