CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Martin Joseph Irvin, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.
Janet L. Miller, 43, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, giving false information, careless driving, driving at safe speeds and two counts of failure to stop and give information and render aid.
Sean Michael Burke, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and accidents involving damage to attended vehicle.
Josh J. Wagner, no age given, of Butler pleaded guilty to four counts of writing bad checks and was ordered to pay $588.43 in restitution and court costs. He had been charged on Nov. 16, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police.
Tomi Lynn Eck, 19, of Evans City pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She had been charged Dec. 7, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police.
Michael W. McCleary, 46, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, driving under the influence of alcohol and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Natalie L. Weichel, 37, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
Mark A. Tomaro, 29, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 22 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jay M. Crider, 36, of Conway, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mary Theresa Davidson, 45, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 25 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these case:Dustin Michael Fuhr, 18, of 254 Burns Road, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Fuhr Feb. 10 with burglary, harassment, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Scott Steve Dulaney, 35, of Grove City had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Dulaney Feb. 17 with driving under the influence, accident involving damage to attended vehicle and careless driving.Michael Gordon Dummett, 32, of Grove City had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Dummett Nov. 30 with driving under the influence and no headlights.Tyrone Lamar Carroll, 30, of Leavittsburg, Ohio, pleaded guilty in his case. State police charged Carroll Dec. 23 with theft by unlawful taking.
