Monday — Matthew P. Zulick, 52, and Christopher G. Zulick, 48, of Renfrew were both hurt in a fight last month at their home on the 100 block of Eckstein Road.

The two Zulicks got into the altercation around 10:40 a.m. May 23. Both suffered injuries. The elder Zulick required medical treatment.

Both are charged with simple assault and harassment.

Thursday — Craig L. Young, 32, of Butler was charged with failing to pay for $94 in charges stemming from having his vehicle serviced April 14 at the Butler Commons' Walmart. He is charged with theft of services, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Thursday — Joshua S. Lewis, 30, of Fenelton was charged in a hit-and-run accident May 11 on Route 422 east. Police said he struck the other vehicle, driven by Justin Wagner, 35, of West Sunbury, while changing lanes around 3:35 p.m., but did not stop.

Lewis is charged with hit-and-run, careless driving, reckless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.

State Police, Butler

3:38 p.m. Friday — Anna M. Naar, 66, of Butler was injured when the car she was driving struck a pickup truck on Route 28 at exit 9 in O'Hara Township, Allegheny County. She was taken to an unknown hospital for treatment of injuries.

The other driver, Anthony S. Fantuzzo, 61, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was not injured. Police cited Naar for making an improper turn.

May 29 — A glass jar valued at $10 and an unknown amount of denominations estimated at $250 were removed from a home at 104 Lone Pine Way in Brady Township.May 27 — A Chicora man and juveniles reported they were assaulted at 205 Red Bud Road in Fairview Township.May 25 — A 49-year-old man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance at Kittanning Street and Mitchell Hill Road in Butler Township.May 19 — A 31-year-old man was charged with harassment on Staff Road in Brady Township.May 17 — An 18-year-old woman reported she was assaulted when somebody punched her several times, causing bodily injury at Herman Road in Summit Township.
