SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Blaze Adamaski, 18, of Buffalo Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance filed March 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Michael Anthony, 30, of West Kittanning was held for court on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, filed Nov. 27 by state police.

Sean Clark, 37, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Howard Erdley Jr., 41, of Ford City, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and driving with an obstructed window, filed April 18 by state police.

Thomas Heinold, 28, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 13 by state police. He was ordered to pay $385 in fines and court costs.

Perry McCall, 45, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court theft-related charges in six cases filed between June 4, 2004, and July 5, 2005,

by state police and Middlesex Township police.In all, McCall is charged with six counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, and one count each of burglary, criminal trespass, defiant trespass and mischief.Percy Ross, 50, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed April 21 by state police.Derrick Shirley, 22, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 9 by state police.June Snyder, 42, of Buffalo Township pleaded guilty to two summary counts of retail theft, filed April 26 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $283.50 in fines and court costs.Thomas Wilks Sr., 33, of Ford City pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license, filed April 9 by state police. He was ordered to pay $390.50 in fines and court costs.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:John Carter, 49, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of bad checks filed April 19 by Butler Township police.Brian Lee Conner, 18, of Butler waived to court four counts of bad checks filed April 20 by Butler Township police.Joseph Corbett Jr., 32, of Adrian, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to possession of driving under the influence, false identification of law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed April 20 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $793.50 in fines and court costs.Derrick Cowperthwait, 20, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and driving without registration, filed April 24 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $533.58 in restitution, fines and courts costs.Brian Dietz, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 2 by Butler Township police.Margaret Dunlap, 64, of Butler waived to court three counts of a charge of bad checks, stemming from two cases filed April 26 and 27 by Butler Township police.John Haslett, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities filed May 12 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.Charles Timothy Johnson, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed April 27 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $238.50 in fines and court costs.Eric Lauster, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft filed May 8 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $505.32 in restitution, fines and court costs.Matthew Maier, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 26 by state police.Jennifer Newcamp, 24, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving, and a turning violation, filed April 27 by state police.Steven Michael Richards, 48, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed May 28 by Butler Township police.Rainy Rose, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed April 27 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $238.50 in fines and court costs.Cyrus Smith, 23, of Renfrew waived to court charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and furnishing alcohol to minors, filed April 6 by Butler Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard the following cases:Jeremy L. Wayne Perine, 29, of New Castle waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Perine April 27 with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and simple assault.Nicole F. Murton, 18, of Northfield, Ohio, waived her case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Murton May 1 with driving under the influence, minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.Adam M. Kimmell, 22, of Mercer waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Kimmell May 3 with six counts of theft by unlawful taking and six counts of receiving stolen property.Michelle Anita Kennedy, 35, of 147 Beaus Drive, Portersville, waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Kennedy May 8 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.James Brian Cottrill, 42, of 647 Beaver Dam Road, Butler, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Cottrill May 8 with two counts of driving under the influence.Joseph Leymarie, 44, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Moraine State Park Rangers charged Leymarie May 8 with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.Bobby Charles Aiken, 23, of Mercer waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Aiken May 17 with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property.Casey Lynn Price, 28, of 189 North Road, Butler, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Price June 1 with simple assault and harassment.
