BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Lloyd Brooks Sr., 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 8.
Aaron Burd, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and simple assault, filed Nov. 18.
Jason Erdos, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 28.
Ziggy Kearney, 28, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 16. He was ordered to pay $393.50 in fines and court costs.
Thomas Regrut, 46, of Harmony was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, filed Oct. 12.
Brittney Rudolph, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 13.
Brent Sinawski, 25, of West Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Oct. 30.
Sharena Spruill, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 8.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Ryan Dennis Hartzell, 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Robert V. Stoops, 36, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 13 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.John S. Hannan, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 29 by the Evans City police with simple assault, public drunkenness and criminal mischief.Joseph John Madeja, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Matthew David Dipner, 22, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Johnny Raymond Hillwig, 32, of East Brady waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and not using low beams.Jonathan L. Friedl, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Andrew Edward Mine, 28, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 24 by the state police with manufacturing/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.Christina Claudette Klejment, 35, of Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 31 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance, distributing a small amount of marijuana and four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.David A. Cruz, 36, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Thomas Nye, 22, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Taylor Michael Baldt, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Jamillia Elizabeth Diggins, 28, of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with four counts of forgery, attempted theft by deception, writing bad checks and two counts of identity theft.Paul S. Hill, 40, of Youngstown, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 26 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass and driving with a suspended license.
