Shauna Betts, 22, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a lane violation, filed Nov. 16 by state police.

Christopher Donley Sr., 30, of Butler was held for court on a charge child endangerment, filed Jan. 5 by state police.

Lance Monroe, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a lane violation, filed Nov. 16 by state police.
