SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

Victor George Kennedy, 48, of Slippery Rock, had his case held for court. State police in Butler charged him April 12 with driving under the influence, duties at a stop sign, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, no eye protection device and failure to carry a license. Police stopped Kennedy after he failed to stop his motorcycle at the stop sign coming off State Route 422 onto Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.

Jason August Kneidinger, 21, of Prospect waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged him with driving under the influence and driving under the influence by a minor June 26 in Slippery Rock Township. Kneidinger was a minor when the incident occurred.

Abe Daniel Kightlinger, 23, of Coudersport waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Kightlinger June 20 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving. Police stopped Kightlinger after witnessing his vehicle swerve over the centerline while traveling west on Route 108 in Slippery Rock Borough.

James Edward Warburton, 63, of Butler waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged him with driving under the influence and with a high blood-alcohol content in Franklin Township June 15.

Melissa May Wolfe, 26, of Butler waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged her with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and disregard of a traffic lane in Brady Township June 19.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Joseph Rudolph Knechtel, 50, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too slow for conditions and turning movements and required signals.Michael A. Morgan, 49, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and trespass by motor vehicle on a private lane.Amy Lynn Kucsmas, 32, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged June 26 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.Todd E. Krawchick, 32, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by the Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Eric Joseph Bosh, 23, of Fair Oaks, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Joshua Sunday, 22, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Celeste Marie Clyde, 36, of Mars had her case held to court. She was charged June 1 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Bradley John Harriett, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 26 by the state police with theft.Alfred Louis Nannini, 40, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by the Jackson Township police with unsworn falsification to law enforcement officers, providing false identification to law enforcement officers, driving with a suspended license, speeding, failure to use a seat belt and identity theft.Justin Lee Herp, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 20 by the Jackson Township police with unsworn falsification to law enforcement officers.John Paul Lawther, Jr., 28, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.
