CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Catherine E. Procz, 20, of Karns City waived her case to court. She was charged March 16 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to use/possess drug paraphernalia. Five other drug-related charges were withdrawn.

Christine Welling, 40, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 19 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Christopher Thomas Schneider, 25, of Strabane, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Ryan McClain, 23, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

David Jay Burns, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Todd M. Tipton, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, speeding and disregard of traffic lane.

Kelly Renet Pletcher, 36, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

Lisa M. Wright, 41, of Hermitage, Mercer County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving at safe speed.

Scott Michael Stewart, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and receiving stolen property.

Thomas W. Wisniewski, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Howard T. Adams, 46, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Thomas E. Hooks, 25, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of children.

State police in Mercer charged Hopkins Sept. 20 with criminal trespass.John Michael Hunt, 50, of 636 Nagle Road, Polk, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Hunt Sept. 9 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, accident involving death or injury, driving at safe speed and careless driving.Arthur Costas Hasimanolis, 46, of 2464 Brandy School Road, Wexford, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Hasimanolis Aug. 26 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol and careless driving.Jeffrey Thomas Stennet, 24, of 4153 Kenneth Drive, Apt. 7, Gibsonia, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Stennett Aug. 22 with possession of marijuana and corruption of minors.Charles Adam Horton, 25, of 127 Bonnie Brae Ave., Warren, Ohio, pleaded guilty to his charges. Grove City Police charged Horton Sept. 7 with uses or possession of drug paraphernalia.Alan Lynn Ezzolo, 44, of 155½ Park St., Grove City, had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Ezzolo Aug. 8 with driving under the influence general impairment and driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol.Barbara S. Strange, 61, of 222 S. Center St., Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City Police charged Strange Aug. 22 with bad checks.Rosemary Ann Pollio, 23, of 556 Beatty St., Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City Police charged Pollio Aug. 11 with false imprisonment, false report and harassment.
