The Caputos in 1948

Anthony and Audrey Caputo of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage Oct. 30 with a family dinner.

Caputo married the former Audrey Tonini on Oct. 30, 1948, at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have three children, Frank Caputo of Butler, Dianne Rockenstein of Butler and Dennis Caputo of Seattle.

They also have eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Caputo is retired from 40 years at Armco Steel.

Mrs. Caputo worked for 20 years on the nursing staff of the Butler Veterans AffairsMedical Center .

The Caputos are members of the St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Meridian.
