SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Daniel Adamik, 39, of Sarver waived to court three counts of defiant trespass filed in separate cases Jan. 15 and 18 and Feb. 10 by Buffalo Township police.
Frank A. Caputo, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, 10 counts of indecent assault and five counts of corruption of minors, filed Feb. 18 by state police. He also waived four counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, and two counts each of child endangerment and corruption of minors, in a separate case filed Nov. 18 by state police.
Joseph Criley, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by Saxonburg police.
Loretta Lynn Elliott, 45, of Dayton, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and possessing an instrument of crime, filed March 1 by Buffalo Township police.
John Connelly Johnston, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, illegally passing another vehicle, driving too fast for conditions and reckless driving filed Jan. 20 by Buffalo Township police.
David N. Oyler, 25, of Shippenville, Clarion County, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 15 by Buffalo Township police.
Jeffrey L. Schnell, 46, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and failure to yield the right of way, filed Jan. 31 by Buffalo Township police.
Harold Leroy Scott Jr., 55, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 9 by state police.
