CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Krista Nicole Hahn, 24, of Cranberry Township had her case held for court. She was charged Oct. 9 with retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Richard Moreland Stemple, 53, of Weirton, W.Va., waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

James Mark Victor, 49, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 4 with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Aaron Andrew Arnold, no listed age or address, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 2 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and criminal trespass.

Robin L. Strickler, 38, of Allison Park waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 14 with writing bad checks.

Cranberry Twp— Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Jonathan Louis Palm, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol.James Freimuth, 51, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Daniel Ray Gober, 26, of Allison Park waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Evans City — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Steven Walker Small, 33, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by state police with harassment.Diana Ellen Battaglia, 22, of Pittsburgh had her case held for court. She was charged Nov. 13 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.Kathleen M. Carothers, 57, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 16 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Daniel C. Swanson, 28, of Ridgway waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Paul Thomas George, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 18 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.John Andrew Zurik, 47, of Beaver had his case held for court. He was charged Nov. 24 by Adams Township police with forged plates, driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle with suspended registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.Phillip Carl Schnebel, 46, of Renfrew waived his case to court. SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Aaron Burd, 32, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 6 by Buffalo Township police.Dwight Collins, 48, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Nov. 6 by Buffalo Township police.Kristen Fortier, 29, of Mars waived to court a charge of theft of services, filed Sept. 14 by Penn Township police.Jonathan Krelko, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license, filed Nov. 5 by state police.Kenneth Long, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Oct. 15 by Buffalo Township police.Kameron Shuler, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 6 by Middlesex Township police.Kurt Weaver, 43, of Butler had his case held for court. CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Harvey Best Sr., 41, of East Brady, Clarion County, had his case held for court. He was charged with driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and speeding, filed Aug. 19.Paul J. Collins, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, disregarding traffic lanes and driving a vehicle with no rear bumper, filed Nov. 11.Sara Davis, 30, of Butler had her case held for court. She was charged with DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Oct. 28.Bradley Scherer, 28, of Chicora had his case held for court. He was charged with DUI, filed Sept. 15.Jeremiah Weber, 25, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and driving without a license, filed Oct. 16.

Akers, 21, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Nov. 25 by Slippery Rock University police.John E. Foster, 39, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and a lane violation, filed Nov. 24. In separate complaint, Foster waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Dec. 1 by state police.Ryan D. Mitchell, 22, of New Wilmington, Mercer County, had his case held for court. He was charged with DUI and a lighting violation, filed Oct. 27 by Slippery Rock police.Mary E.
