2:51 a.m. Thursday — Jessica Eck, 22, of Middleburg, Fla., was arrested for driving under the influence on West Penn Street. Police said Eck also was cited for driving without headlights.9:13 p.m. Wednesday — Earl McCrommon, 62, of West Sunbury was arrested for driving under the influence on North Main Street hill. He also was cited for speeding.11:08 p.m. Tuesday — A 17-year-old boy was arrested on drug-related charges after police found him with an undisclosed number of baggies containing suspected marijuana. The boy, who police did not identify, is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.3:30 a.m. Monday — Clarence Rosenberger, 46, was cited for allegedly providing beer to a pair of minors at his West North Street apartment.Officers were called to the apartment for a reported assault. Police suspect Rosenberger hit a 14-year-old boy there. Police said Rosenberger is charged with harassment and furnishing alcohol to minors.Kayla Guthrie, 19, of Lyndora and the 14-year-old boy were cited for underage drinking.
Thursday — At least three unlocked vehicles parked in the Lyndora area were entered sometime overnight. The owners found items scattered throughout the vehicles. It was not immediately known if any property was taken.9:07 p.m. Wednesday — Thomas L. Odom, 22, of Butler was arrested for violation a protection from abuse order after he went to the Lyndora home of Krystal Bowser. Odom, who was also cited for public drunkenness, was placed in the Butler County Prison in $5,000 bond.
6:40 a.m. Thursday — An unknown driver of an unidentified vehicle, possibly a truck hauling a trailer, struck the rear of a minivan on Route 422 at Widenhofer's service station in Summit Township, and did not stop.Donna Vangorder, 51, of Butler, who was driving the van, was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with undisclosed injuries. Her condition was not known this morning.6:25 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by John Enrietto, 50, of Butler struck a deer on Route 8 in Middlesex Township.12:10 p.m. Wednesday — The trailer of an unidentified vehicle driven by an unknown driver struck a pickup truck on Interstate 79 in Worth Township, and did not stop. Edward Allen, 44, of Butler was driving the pickup.11:25 p.m. Dec. 22 — Acar driven by Randy Grossman, 28, of Boyers struck a guardrail on Route 108 in Plain Grove Township, Lawrence County. He fled after the crash.
2:21 a.m. Sunday — Mark Reed Dougherty, 50, of Hilliards was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failing to obey traffic control devices and a violation of general lighting requirements after police stopped his vehicle on Route 68 near Route 528. Police said they initially stopped the vehicle because a headlight was out and noticed the vehicle had accident damage.2:20 p.m. Jan. 4 — A vehicle driven by Tammy Long, 26, Zelienople was traveling north through the intersection of Routes 19 and 528 when a Jeep Liberty ran a red signal, causing Long to swerve, possibly clip the vehicle that had gone through the light and hit an embankment, police said. The driver of the Jeep left without stopping.4:01 p.m. Jan. 2 — Kyle T. Dalton, 19, of Harmony was charged with criminal mischief after police said he drove across several lawns in the Creekside Commons housing plan.
