SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert Anderson, 32, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and driving without a seat belt, filed Dec. 23 by Middlesex Township police.

Joseph Angello, 28, of 518 Cunningham St., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failing to drive in his lane of traffic, careless driving and driving without a seat belt filed Oct. 26 by state police.

Alan Daley, 49, of 752 Ekastown Road, Sarver, waived to court charges of delivery of cocaine, possession of cocaine and conspiracy, filed Dec. 8 by state police.

Kathleen Dietrich, 62, of 213 Valencia St., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Dec. 13 by Penn Township police.

William Downing, 53, of 917 Saxonburg Blvd., Saxonburg, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and failing to keep to the right side of the road, filed Dec. 28 by state police.

Gary Frain, 25, of 143 Heck Road, Sarver, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, failing to stay in his lane of traffic, failing to drive on the right side of the road, speeding and careless driving, filed Jan. 29 by state police.

Nathan Frndak, 23, of 210 Lois Lane, Saxonburg, pleaded guilty to theft and receiving stolen property. The charges were filed Oct. 26 by state police. He was ordered to pay $175.50 in fines and court costs.

Donald Grebiner, 20, of 120 Old Glade Mill Road, Valencia, was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence after using a controlled substance, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, failing to keep right while driving and reckless driving. The charges were filed Nov. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert Hilliard, 44, of 214 Dessa Lane, Karns City, pleaded guilty to a bad check charge, filed Jan. 3 as a private complaint by a Clinton Township business. He was ordered to pay $762.30 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Frank Igersheim, 42, of 107 Spring Lane, Valencia, waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license, careless driving, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, and failure to give information or render aid, filed Nov. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Nikki Jackson, 25, of Apollo, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed Dec. 6 by state police. She was ordered to pay $494 in fines and court costs.

Erin Kral, 22, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of heroin. The charge was filed Nov. 29 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $179 in fines and court costs.

Nicholas Oesterling, 21, of 632 Saxonburg Road, Butler, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. The charges were filed Oct. 26 by state police. He was ordered to pay $358 in fines and court costs.

Kevin Peiffer, 29, of 460 Reimer Road, Sarver, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and driving without a seat belt.

Austin Shook, 21, of 639 Ekastown Road, Sarver, was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

James Slimick Sr., 43, of 195 Stark Road, Sarver, waived to court charges of institutional vandalism, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 30 by state police.

Jessica Stambaugh, 22, of 3907 Bakerstown Road, Gibsonia, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and abandoning a vehicle on a road, filed Feb. 8 by Penn Township police.

Jeremy Szczygiel, 25, of 300 Petrolia St., Petrolia, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and failing to drive in his lane of traffic, filed Dec. 15 by state police.

Adam Tolfa, 21, of 279 Pine Tract Road, Butler pleaded guilt to theft of leased property. The charge was filed Dec. 6 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $313.73 in fines and court costs.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jeremy Cameron Leazier, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 by Butler County detectives with four counts of manufacturing/delivery/posession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.Shane William Schneider, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 by Butler County detectives with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, six counts of manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Justin Aust, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and criminal conspiracy to commit manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Joshua D. Gomersall, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, use-possession drug paraphernalia, driving with no headlights and failure to obey turning movements and required signals.Eric Zeleznik, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 28 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, speeding and driving with a suspended license.John F. Moore, 44, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to a summary charge of disorderly conduct and paid a $100 fine plus court costs. He was originally charged Aug. 17, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with indecent exposure.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Adams Comley, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, failure to keep right, driving without insurance and four counts of disorderly conduct.Dennis M. Feltz Jr., 23, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jeremy Flood, 28, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accident to unattended vehicle and careless driving.James Ryan Gall, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 12 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, reckless driving, two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude officers, speeding and recklessly endangering another person.Megan L. McAfee, 18, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 23 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intentto manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy to commit manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Eric Albert Oesterling, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by Evans City police with use-possession of drug paraphernalia.Robert E. Rice, Jr., 44 of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Gregory Steven Spirk, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 28 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, purchasing an alcohol beverage by a minor, use-possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner heard these cases Feb. 8:Benjamin A. Mauthe, 21, of Smith Road, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police charged him with driving under the influence, operating without a license, driving with a suspended license, speeding and careless driving on Jan. 1 on Covert Road in Brady Township.Jeffrey A. Everetts, 40, of Oneida Valley Road, North Washington, waived his case to court. State police charged him with driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, disregard for a traffic lane, speeding and careless driving on Dec. 18 on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township.
