BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:
David Beilstein, 22, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed March 20. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.
George Compton, 46, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed April 16.
Deborah Grates, 48, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, filed Nov. 4. She was ordered to pay $435.50 in fines and court cots.
Scott Hopper, 21, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed March 18.
John C. Johnston, 21, of Butler waived to court on charges of felling or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, running a stop sign, driving with a suspended license, illegally passing on the left, careless driving and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed March 7.
VaughnScudder, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed March 10.
