Dorothy Wulff of Butler celebrated her 80th birthday May 12 with an open house at her granddaughter's home.

The former Dorothy Grant was born May 11, 1927, in Butler. She married Elmer Wulff on Aug. 7, 1946.

They have five children, Marlene Welter of Renfrew, Ronald Wulff of Parker, and Lorraine Barclay, Patricia Lesnik and Paul Wulff, all of Butler.

They also have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Wulff is retired from Giant Eagle. She belongs to St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
