2:25 a.m. Dec. 11 — Matthew O'Donnell, 21, of Butler was charged with DUI after he crashed into three parked vehicles along South Main Street.Police responded to the scene on reports of a hit and run by a black pickup truck early that morning. When they arrived on scene, police found heavy damage to a truck and two cars parked along the side of the street.Police followed debris from the accident to the parking lot behind the post office, where they found O'Donnell in the drivers seat of his Dodge Ram.O'Donnell admitted he had been drinking that night and that he was distracted by his cell phone at the time of the accident.He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test. The test ultimately showed he was driving with a BAC of .184 percent, police said. The legal driving limit in Pennsylvania is .08 percent.

5:15 p.m. Thursday — Amy Seybert, 36, of Butler crashed her Jeep into the back of a car driven by Gregory Ochaba, 33, of Butler on Route 356 near the Alameda Park Road intersection.The impact caused Ochaba's car to hit the back of a car driven by Catherine Link, 33, of Boyers.Police said all three reported soreness after the accident, but none requested medical treatment.Both Seybert and Ochaba's vehicles were towed from the scene.Seybert was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.4:20 p.m. Tuesday — Danielle Pritts, 32, and Michael Kamerer, 42, both of Butler were involved in a two-car accident on Old Plank Road at McQuistion Road.Pritts' vehicle struck the side of the box trailer Kamerer was hauling. Both the trailer and Pritts' car were towed from the scene.

6 p.m. Friday — A woman sustained moderate injuries following a hit and run on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.An unknown tractor-trailer driver turned from the left lane to the right lane, striking a car driven by Beth C. Stepanczuk, 30, of Pittsburgh.The impact caused Stepanczuk's car to hit an embankment along the road and roll over multiple times.Stepanczuk was transported to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh with moderate injuries.A passenger in the car, 28-year-old Kristen R. Stepanczuk, also of Pittsburgh, was not injured.Both occupants were wearing seat belts.The tractor-trailer was described as an 18 wheeler with a white box trailer.7:38 a.m. Thursday — A two-car accident occurred at the intersection of Unionville Road and North Road in Franklin Township.Amanda D. Boulanger, 27, of Butler was attempting to turn left onto North Road when her vehicle was struck by a car driven by Barry J. Hoppe, 45, of Parker.Boulanger was cited for a stop sign violation.
