SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Shane Cunningham, 22, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Alicia Gregg, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 11 by state police.

Jessica Kerley, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 15 by state police.

Kenneth Long, 47, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 6 by state police.

Susan Perry, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated indecent assault of a child, conspiracy to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and child endangerment, filed July 16 by Middlesex Township police.

Westbrook Perry, 46, of Valencia waived to court two counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a child and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, four counts each of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and conspiracy, and child endangerment, filed July 16 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Carrie A. Abraham, 42, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 10 by Butler Township police. Abraham was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Nicholas R. Hainer, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, and driving without his registration card, filed June 9 by state police.Victor Igi, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct and an open container violation, filed June 3 by Butler Township police.Robert A. Latulola, 23, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of loitering and prowling at night and theft from a vehicle, filed Sept. 22 by Butler Township police.Juanita Regal, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed June 1 by Butler Township police.Tara Jo Selfridge, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, identity theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed June 21 by Butler Township police.Madalyn P. Somple, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 9 by Butler Township police.Dacia R. Walker, 21, of Prospect waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 15 by Butler Township police.Stephen T. Wienand, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 30 by Butler Township police. Wienand was ordered to pay $763.50 in fines and court costs.

Audia, 21, of Edinburg, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed June 1 by Slippery Rock University police.Daniel M. Barr, 30, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failure to keep right and improperly using turn signals, filed June 8 by state police.Robert J. Buck, 41, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI and improperly passing another vehicle, filed June 15 by Slippery Rock police.Timothy R. Bundy, 52, of Meadville, Crawford County, waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, failure to keep right, careless driving and failure to stop and give information and render aid, fled June 17 by state police.Kennedy C. Hoffman, 44, of Butler waived to court two counts of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed June 14 by state policeDeborah Anne Tenney, 50, of Mercer waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft of lost property and receiving stolen property, filed June 9 by state police.Travis R.
