SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert R. Beccard, 43, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and driving without insurance, filed Feb. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Joelle M. Consolaro, 19, of Springdale, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, possessing marijuana and minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, filed March 18 by Middlesex Township police.

Thomas G. Kabay, 45, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, following too closely to another vehicle and careless driving, filed Jan. 24 by state police.

Carolyn V. Kobulnicky, 32, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Dec. 27.

Frank O. Maxwell III, 22, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals, careless driving and driving with a loud exhaust, filed Feb. 13 by state police.

Caleb A. Novotny, 21, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and violating regulations for use of hazardous signal lights, filed Jan. 20 by state police.

Tonya L. Sadicky, 32, of Sarver waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and littering on a highway, filed March 21 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Tammie L. Horne, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed March 24. Horne was ordered to pay $514.50 in fines and court costs.Thomas W. Keaney, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed Feb. 18.Samantha A. Maseroni, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Feb. 25.Robyn R. McLean, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Feb. 25.Aaron T. Miller, 29, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Feb. 28.Tracy Lee Progar, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed March 28.Victoria E. Rodgers, 22, of Chicora waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed March 15.William D. Schiebel, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed Feb. 28.Tyler D. Smith, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 15.Joseph B. Yartz, 28, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy, filed March 24. Yartz was ordered to pay $1,314.50 in restitution, fines and court costs. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 18. Yartz in that case was ordered to pay $764.50 in fines and court costs.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:David L. Christy, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Feb. 18 by Slippery Rock police.Benjamin D. Davidson, 32, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 15 by Butler County detectives.Corey W. Frantz, 20, of McDonald, Washington County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, driving with no headlights, filed Jan. 27 by Slippery Rock University police.Darius S. Frantz, 19, of Freeport was held for court on four counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and a charge of underage drinking, filed Nov. 29 by SRU police.Blair C. Gantz, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 26 by SRU police.Christopher P. Maynard, 36, of Cochranton, Crawford County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 10 by state police.Aaron L. Serrano, 19, of Lorain, Ohio, was held for court on four counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and a charge of underage drinking, filed Nov. 29 by SRU police.Jason Stout, 23, of Ruffs Dale, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, trespass by vehicle and careless driving, filed Feb. 15 by SRU police.James Traylor, 19, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, was held for court on four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 9 by SRU police.Brooke M. Weaver, 20, of Portersville waived to court charges of intent to possess a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia,William B. Whitaker, 19, of Pittsburgh was held for court on four counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and a charge of underage drinking, filed Nov. 29 by SRU police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Mary C. Bartman, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 16.John B. Best, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a stop sign violation, not using turn signals, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Feb. 3.Edward W. Hall, 69, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and failure to notify police of an accident, filed Jan. 24.Joshua A. Kuhns, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 7.William J. Lingenfelter, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 5.Raymond T. Miller, 41, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 6.Lori Ann Petanovich, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed March 4.
