CHICORA — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Lewis E. Stoughton:

Tami Patterson, 35, of Meadville pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia filed May 18 by state police. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $245.

Tina Louise Downs, 38, of Boyers was held for court. She was charged by state police Oct. 23 with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and use of drug paraphernalia.

John Martucci, 50, of Parker waived a charged of indecent assault filed Aug. 23 by state police.

Ronald Flick, 47, of Cadogan waived charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at unsafe speeds, careless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle, restrictions of alcoholic beverages, and failure to use a seat belt. The charges were filed Sept. 18 by state police.

Terry Ulisky, 49, of Karns City was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed May 30 by state police.

Steven A Cline, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief. He was charged Oct. 24 by state police.

Francis B. Coy, 46, of Cabot waived to court two counts of counterfeit title, receiving stolen property, driving while license is suspended, driving without insurance, and having an expired inspection. Charges were filed Aug. 7 by state police.

James Niederritter, 45, of Harrisville waived to court charges of criminal trespassing, simple assault, unauthorized use of motor vehicles, and harassment filed Oct. 21 by state police.

Joseph A. Bayne, 40, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lanes, and careless driving filed Aug. 27 by state police.

Jill Kennedy, 24, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify of a change of address, disregard of traffic lanes, and careless driving filed Aug. 31 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Arthur Eugene Holmes, 40, of Portersville had his case held for court. He was charged Sept. 19 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, disregard of traffic lane and failure to use a seat belt.Matthew James Brenneman, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 7 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.John Adamson, 31, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by Adams Township police with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude officers.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Katiane Gail Jewart, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Charles Honeycutt, 30, of Bellevue, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 4 by Cranberry Township police with criminal mischief.David Green Jr., 36, of Columbus, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 30 by Cranberry Township police with attempted theft by deception, attempted receiving stolen property, writing bad checks, three counts of identity theft, unlawful use of a computer and two counts of receiving stolen property.Aaron Michael Brucker, 23, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by state police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Jessica L. Haines, 27, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 18 by Cranberry Township police with theft.Douglas Bower, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 13 by Cranberry Township police with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.Michael A. Ingrassia, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 10 by Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Trista Lyle, 24, of Baden, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 12 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane, following too closely and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Ralph Paul Pleczkowski Jr., 25, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 6 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving with a suspended license.

GROVECITY — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Lawrence Silvis:Mandi Jo Hicks, 27, of East Valcourt Road, Grove City, was held for court on bad checks and theft by deception charges filed by Grove City police on Oct. 8.Scott Donald Vogan, 35, of Teifer Avenue Extension, Conneaut Lake, was held for court on a bad checks charge filed by Grove City police on Oct. 9.Gerald Daniel Didesiderio, 28, of Clarksville Road, Hermitage, had charges of recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct dismissed after being arrested by state police Aug. 29.Vicki Lynn Say, 48, of Franklin Road, Jackson Center, was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence and accidents involving death or personal injury filed by state police Sept. 13.Joshua Ian Herman, 29, of Holmes St., McKees Rocks, was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence filed by state police Aug. 26.
